延续健康教育对中老年呼吸疾病患者呼吸功能锻炼依从性的研究

Continuous Health Education on Compliance of Respiratory Function Exercise in Middle-aged and Elderly Patients with Respiratory Diseases

目的探讨延续健康教育对中老年呼吸疾病患者呼吸功能锻炼依从性的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年2月适合呼吸功能锻炼的中老年呼吸疾病患者作为研究对象,分对照组和观察组,对照组(n=40)行常规出院健康教育,观察组(n=40)行延续健康教育。观察两组患者的呼吸功能锻炼依从性情况,记录和比较患者的满意度情况。结果 (1)两组患者依从性效果比较:观察组的总有效率为92.5%,对照组为75.0%,观察组明显高于对照组,临床对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)两组患者护理满意度比较:观察组的满意度为95.0%,对照组的满意度为75.0%,观察组明显高于对照组,数据对比所得P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论延续健康教育可显著提高患者呼吸功能锻炼的依从性,改善患者预后,利于病情恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of continuing health education on the compliance of respiratory function exercise in middle-aged and elderly patients with respiratory diseases.Methods From January 2018 to February 2019,middle-aged and elderly patients with respiratory diseases who are suitable for respiratory function exercise were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group.The control group(n=40)received routine health education and the observation group(n=40)continued health education.The compliance of respiratory function exercise in the two groups was observed,and the patient satisfaction was recorded and compared.Results(1)Comparisons of the compliance effects of the two groups:the total effective rate was 92.5%in the observation group and 75.0%in the control group.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the clinical comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)Comparisons of nursing satisfaction between the two groups:the satisfaction of the observation group was 95.0%,and the satisfaction of the control group was 75.0%.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the data were compared with P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion Continuing health education can significantly improve the compliance of patients with respiratory function training,improve the prognosis of patients,and facilitate the recovery of the disease.
