鼻内镜下两种钩突切除治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效对比研究

Comparative Study on the Curative Effect of two Kinds of Uncinate Process Resection under Nasal Endoscope in the Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis

目的分析鼻内镜下两种钩突切除治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效对比效果。方法本次研究将本院在2016年12月到2018年1月收治的60例慢性鼻窦炎作为研究对象,且这60名患者均为单侧发病,其中包含32名男性、28名女性。采用随机分组的方式,将60名患者分为2组,分别为对照组与观察组,均包含30例。观察组选择使用摇门式钩突切除手术,对照组患者采用传统的钩突切除手术,对两组患者在不同的治疗环境下的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果治疗组出现了1例鼻泪管损伤并发症,所占比例为3.33%。而在对照组中,有7例患者出现了鼻泪管损伤并发症,且还有3例患者出现了眼眶脂肪暴露并发症,所占比例达到了33.3%。结论传统的钩突切除手术与摇门式钩突切除手术均能够治疗慢性鼻窦炎,但是选择使用后者,总体的并发症发生的概率较低,取得的治疗效果更好。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of two kinds of uncinate process resection under nasal endoscope in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods From December 2016 to January 2018,60 patients with chronic sinusitis were enrolled in this study.All of the 60 patients were unilateral,including 32 males and 28 females.Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group,all of which included30 cases.In the observation group,the uncinate process was resected with the method of rocking door,while the patients in the control group were treated with the traditional resection of the uncinate process.The two groups of patients were treated under different treatment conditions.And the effect is compared and analyzed.Results One case of nasolacrimal duct injury was found in the treatment group,and the proportion was 3.33%.In the control group,7 patients had a complication of nasolacrimal duct injury,and there were 3 patients with orbital fat exposure complications,accounting for 33.3%.Conclusion The traditional method of the excision of the hook and the removal of the portal-type hook can be used for the treatment of chronic nasal inflammation,but the latter is selected,the probability of the overall complication is lower,and the obtained therapeutic effect is better.
