耳穴压豆联合穴位按摩防治妇科腹腔镜术后恶心呕吐的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Prevention and Treatment of Nausea and Vomiting after Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery by Ear Point Pressure and Bean Point Massage

目的观察穴位按摩联合耳穴贴压对治疗手术后患者恶心呕吐的疗效。方法选择妇科行全麻下腹腔镜手术的合格病例120例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。对照组发生Ⅱ级恶心呕吐者不予治疗,发生Ⅲ级以上恶心呕吐者遵医嘱肌肉注射甲氧氯普胺10mg;治疗组采用穴位按摩双侧内关、足三里、地机三个穴位,然后给患者行耳穴压豆,取穴:神门、胃、交感、耳中、脾、肝穴,比较两组方法的起效时间,有效率和病人满意度。结果治疗组有效率,满意度均为98.3%,对照组均为83.3%,两组比较有显著差异,P<0.05有统计学意义。结论采取有效的穴位按摩配合耳穴贴压,能有效防治术后恶心呕吐发生,且该研究中使用的物品价格低廉,操作简便,易学习,此技术家属都可以操作,安全无不良反应,患者及其家属易接受,是一种潜力很大的中医治疗方法,具有广泛的研究价值。

Objective To observe the curative effect of acupoint massage combined with auricular pressure in treating postoperative patients with nausea and vomiting.Methods One hundred and twenty qualified cases were selected for general anaesthesia laparoscopic surgery by gynecology,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group of 60 cases.In the control group,patients with Class II nausea and vomiting were not treated,and those with Class III or higher nausea and vomiting were injected with Moxychloropamine 10 mg in accordance with the doctor’s advice.The observation group used acupuncture points to massage the two sides of the inner clearance,foot three miles,and the ground machine three points,and then pressed the beans to the patient’s ear points.The points were taken:Shenmen,stomach,sympathetic feeling,ear,spleen,and liver points.Compare the two groups of methods of the onset time,efficiency,and patient satisfaction.Results The observation group was efficient,the satisfaction rate was98.3%,and the control group was 83.3%.There were significant differences between the two groups,P<0.05,statistically significant.Conclusion Effective acupoint massage combined with auricular pressure can effectively prevent and treat postoperative nausea and vomiting,and the articles used in this study are cheap,easy to operate,and easy to learn.This technique can be operated by family members,safe and without adverse reactions.Patients and their families are easy to accept,is a great potential treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,has a wide range of research value.
