针刺疗法联合苗方种玉汤改善不孕症患者机体氧化损伤的机制研究

Study on the Mechanism of Acupuncture Therapy combined with Miaofang Zhongyu Decoction to Improve the Oxidative Damage of Infertile Patients

目的研究苗方种玉汤联合针刺疗法治疗不孕症患者的疗效,改善不孕症患者氧化损伤的作用机制。方法纳入的120例不孕症患者,使用随机数字表法进行分组,随机分为3组,针刺组只进行针刺治疗,阳性组口服克罗米芬治疗,苗方种玉汤+针刺组采用苗方种玉汤联合针刺进行治疗。治疗后B超监测三组患者的子宫内膜厚度、卵泡质量,检查宫颈黏液,记录排卵及妊娠率等;并测定Apo(a)、TAS、TOS水平。结果与对照组相比,针刺联合苗方种玉汤组患者治疗后子宫内膜厚度、成熟卵泡数目及宫颈Insler评分显著改善,此外,针刺联合苗方种玉汤患者排卵率和妊娠率明显提高(P<0.05),TOS、Apo(a)水平显著降低,TAS水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合苗方种玉汤对于不孕症患者宫颈粘液性状,子宫内膜生长有明显改善作用,可以有效提高不孕症患者的排卵率及妊娠率,并可改善机体的氧化损伤。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Miaofang Zhongyu decoction on infertility patients and the mechanism of improving oxidative damage.Methods 120 infertility patients were divided into three groups,The control group received acupuncture treatment,the positive group were treated with Clomiphene,the observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with Miaofang Zhongyu decoction.After treatment,observed the cervical mucus,follicular mass,endometrial thickness,ovulation and pregnancy rate in each group.The serum total oxidation state(TOS),total antioxidant state(TAS)and plasma apolipoprotein(a)levels were determined by immuno-transmission turbidimetric assay.Results After treatment,Compared with the control group,the endometrial thickness,number of mature follicles and Insler score of cervix in the observation group were significantly better.the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were significantly increased(P<0.05),the TAS levels were significantly increased but TOS and Apo(a)levels were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Miaofang Zhongyu decoction can effectively improve the characteristics of cervical mucus in infertility patients,promote the growth of endometrium,effectively increase the rate of ovulation and pregnancy,reduce the oxidative damage of the body.
