探讨地塞米松鼓室内注射治疗内耳眩晕的临床效果及对患者听力的影响

To Investigate the Clinical Effect of Intraventricular Injection of Dexamethasone in the Treatment of Inner Ear Vertigo and its Effect on Hearing

目的分析给予内耳眩晕患者应用地塞米松鼓室内注射治疗的临床效果以及对患者听力的影响情况。方法选择2017年1月至2018年12月在我院接受治疗的内耳眩晕患者240例作为临床研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组。对照组120例患者接受行碳酸氢钠静脉注射治疗,观察组120例患者接受地塞米松鼓室内注射与碳酸氢钠静脉注射联合治疗,比较治疗后的临床效果以及对听力的影响情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率(99.17%)显著高于对照组的总有效率(79.17%);观察组患者的控制率(41.67%)显著高于对照组的控制率(10.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对在我院接受治疗的内耳眩晕患者进行地塞米松鼓室内注射治疗可有效改善患者听力,提高治疗效果,值得在临床广泛推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of dexamethasone injection in patients with inner ear vertigo and its effect on hearing.Methods 240 patients with inner ear vertigo who received treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as clinical subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.120 patients in the control group received sodium bicarbonate intravenous injection,and 120 patients in the observation group received dexamethasone intravenous injection combined with sodium bicarbonate intravenous injection,to compare the clinical effect and the effect on hearing after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate(99.17%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(79.17%).The control rate of patients in the observation group(41.67%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(10.00%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The indoor injection of dexamethasone in patients with vertigo of inner ear treated in our hospital can effectively improve the hearing of patients and improve the treatment effect,which is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
