术前外周血PLR水平与食管鳞状细胞癌患者预后的相关性研究

Correlation between Preoperative Peripheral Blood PLR Levels and Prognosis in Patients with Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

目的探讨术前外周血PLR水平与食管鳞状细胞癌患者预后生存期的相关性。方法回顾性分析2011年6月到2012年12月在郑州大学第二附属医院胸外科行食管癌切除术的83位食管鳞癌患者,收集其年龄、性别、相关血常规检验结果、TNM分期,病例分化程度、生存期等相关病例资料,通过统计分析确定PLR是否为影响预后的独立危险因素。结果运用ROC曲线确定PLR的临界值为127.75,以该临界点为分界将患者分为高PLR组和低PLR组,进行对比后发现两组患者的TNM分期具有明显的统计学差异,在对生存期进行单因素及多因素分析后得出TNM分期及PLR水平的高低是影响预后的独立危险因素。结论术前外周血的PLR水平可以作为评估食管鳞状细胞癌患者预后的重要指标。

Objective To investigate the correlation between preoperative peripheral blood PLR levels and prognosis survival in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods A retrospective analysis of 83 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma who underwent esophageal cancer resection in the Department of Thoracic Surgery,Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2011 to December 2012 was performed.The age,sex,relevant blood routine test results,TNM staging were collected.Case analysis,survival time and other related case data,through statistical analysis to determine whether PLR is an independent risk factor affecting prognosis.Results The ROC curve is used to determine the critical value of PLR is 127.75,and the patient is divided into high PLR group by the critical point.In the low-PLR group,the TNM staging of the two groups was statistically significant.After the single-factor and multi-factor analysis of survival,the TNM staging and the level of PLR were the independent risk factors for prognosis.Conclusion The preoperative peripheral blood PLR level can be used as an important indicator to evaluate the prognosis of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
