射干麻黄汤与沙丁胺醇联合治疗支气管哮喘的临床价值研究

Clinical Value of Shegan Mahuang Decoction Combined with Salbutamol in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

目的研究分析对支气管哮喘患者在临床中行射干麻黄汤与沙丁胺醇进行联合治疗的效果。方法选择于2016年1月至2019年1月到我院接受治疗的38例支气管哮喘患者,以随机数字表法分为甲组(19例)与乙组(19例),甲组患者接受沙丁胺醇治疗,乙组患者在其基础上加行射干麻黄汤进行治疗,观察统计临床治疗效果、治疗前后肺功能变化情况,并予以对比分析。结果甲组与乙组临床治疗总有效率分别为73.68%、94.74%,组间对比结果显示乙组明显更高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者组间对比最大呼气流速、用力呼气肺活量以及第1s呼气肺容积情况无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,乙组上述肺功能改善情况均显著优于甲组(P<0.05)。结论对于支气管哮喘患者,对其行沙丁胺醇与射干麻黄汤进行联合治疗,可有效改善肺功能相关指标情况,并从整体上提升治疗效果,在临床中值得进一步推广。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of combined treatment of Shegan Mahuang Decoction and salbutamol in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods Thirty-eight patients with bronchial asthma who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were randomly divided into group A(19 cases)and group B(19 cases).Group A The patients were treated with salbutamol.The patients in group B were treated with Shegan Mahuang Decoction on the basis of the treatment.The clinical treatment effect and the changes of lung function before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in group A and group B was 73.68%and 94.74%,respectively.The comparison between groups showed that group B was significantly higher(P<0.05).Before treatment,the maximum expiratory flow rate was compared between the two groups.There was no significant difference in forced expiratory lung capacity and expiratory lung volume in the first second(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of lung function in group B was significantly better than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with bronchial asthma,the combination of salbutamol and Shegan Mahuang Decoction can effectively improve the lung function related indicators and improve the treatment effect as a whole,which is worth further promotion in the clinic.
