内镜介入治疗溃疡性上消化道出血的临床应用效果分析

Clinical Effect of Endoscopic Interventional Therapy for Ulcerative Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的探究对溃疡性上消化道出血患者进行内镜介入治疗的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月医院消化内科收治的200例患者进行研究,平均分成两组进行比较,对照组采取质子泵抑制剂治疗,研究组在质子泵抑制剂的基础上予以内镜介入治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果经治疗后,研究组的总有效率(97.00%)明显高于对照组(78.00%),P<0.05;研究组患者的空腹胃液pH值明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论对溃疡性上消化道出血患者进行内镜介入治疗,既可帮助患者改善其临床症状,又可增强临床疗效,值得加强推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic interventional therapy on patients with ulcerative upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods A total of 200 patients admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study.The patients were divided into two groups for comparison.The control group was treated with proton pump inhibitors.The study group was based on proton pump inhibitors.Endoscopic interventional therapy was used to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group(97.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.00%),P<0.05.The pH of the fasting gastric juice in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Endoscopic interventional therapy for patients with ulcerative upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage can not only help patients improve their clinical symptoms,but also enhance clinical efficacy,which is worthy of promotion.
