研究优质护理干预对行剖宫产产妇产后早期泌乳的影响

Effect of High Quality Nursing Intervention on Early Lactation of Parturients Undergoing Cesarean Section

目的研究分析对行剖宫产产妇行优质护理干预后,对早期泌乳的影响情况。方法选择2016年1月至2019年1月到我院行分娩的剖宫产产妇2700例,随机数字表法分为甲组(1350例)与乙组(1350例),甲组接受常规护理干预,乙组接受优质护理干预,观察统计干预前后焦虑与抑郁评分情况以及早期泌乳情况,并予以对比评价。结果乙组产妇泌乳情况均显著优于甲组(P<0.05);干预前,两组患者组间对比SAS评分、SDS评分情况(P>0.05),干预后,乙组上述负面情绪评分情况均显著优于甲组(P<0.05)。结论对于接受剖宫产方式分娩的产妇,对其行优质护理干预后,可促进早期泌乳,并改善心理状况,在临床中具有可观的推广价值。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of quality nursing intervention on early lactation of parturients undergoing cesarean section.Methods A total of 2700 cesarean delivery women who were delivered to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected.The random number table method was divided into group A(1350 cases)and group B(1350 cases).Group A accepted In routine nursing intervention,group B received high quality nursing interventions,observed anxiety and depression scores before and after statistical intervention,and early lactation,and compared them.Results The lactation status of group B was significantly better than that of group A(P<0.05).Before intervention,SAS score and SDS score were compared between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the negative emotional score of group B was significantly better than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion For women who have undergone cesarean delivery,high quality nursing intervention can promote early lactation and improve psychological status,which has considerable promotion value in clinical practice.
