分析集束化护理对脑出血手术患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率的影响

Analyze the Effect of Cluster Nursing on the Incidence of Deep Venous Thrombosis in Lower Extremities of Patients Undergoing Cerebral Hemorrhage Surgery

目的研究分析对脑出血手术患者在临床中应用集束化护理干预后,对下肢深静脉血栓发生率的影响情况。方法择取在2017年1月至2018年6月到我院就诊80例脑出血手术患者,将随机数字表法作为分组法则,划分为40例参照组、40例研究组,分别行常规护理干预、集束化护理干预,统计对护理工作的满意度、下肢深静脉血栓的发生情况以及多项凝血指标(APTT、TT、PLT、PT、D2D)指标水平情况,并进行评价与对比分析。结果参照组下肢深静脉血栓发生率为22.50%,研究组为5.00%,对比差异显著(P<0.05);参照组对护理工作的满意度为82.50%,研究组为97.50%,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在临床工作中针对脑出血手术患者,将集束化护理应用到其治疗中,降低下肢深静脉血栓的发生几率,且提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To study the effect of the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage on the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in lower limbs after the application of cluster nursing intervention in clinical practice.Methods From January 2017 to June 2018,80 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were selected and divided into 40 reference group and 40 research group according to the random number table method.Routine nursing intervention and cluster nursing intervention were performed respectively.Satisfaction with nursing work,incidence of deep vein thrombosis in lower extremities and multiple coagulation indexes(APTT,TT,PLT,PT,D2 D)were counted.The standard level was evaluated and compared.Results The incidence of DVT was 22.50%in the reference group and 5.00%in the research group,with significant difference(P<0.05);82.50%in the reference group and 97.50%in the research group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing is applied to the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in clinical work,which can reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work.
