多样性护理在糖尿病合并冠心病护理中的影响

The Effect of Diversity Nursing on the Nursing of Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究分析对糖尿病合并冠心病患者行多样性护理干预的影响效果。方法数据收集时间为2016年10月至2018年9月,选择此时段到我院接受治疗的200例糖尿病合并冠心病患者,抓阄法分为甲组与乙组,100例/组,予以甲组行常规护理干预,予以乙组行多样性护理干预,观察统计干预前后血糖以及心功能等级情况、并发症发生情况,并对比评价。结果干预前,组间对比血糖以及心功能等级情况(P>0.05),干预后,乙组上述情况显著优于甲组(P<0.05);乙组并发生发生率为3.00%,明显较甲组11.00%低(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病合并冠心病患者,在其护理工作中应用多样性护理干预能够获得理想的效果,有效控制血糖,改善心功能,且并发症发生率较低,在临床中应当进一步推广。

Objective To study the effect of diversity nursing intervention on patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods The data collection time was from October 2016 to September 2018.During this period,200 patients with diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital were selected.The method of grasping sputum was divided into group A and group B,and 100 cases/group were given.Group A routine nursing intervention,group B comprehensive nursing intervention,observation of blood glucose and cardiac function levels before and after the intervention,complications,and comparative evaluation.Results Before the intervention,the blood glucose and cardiac function grades were compared between the groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the above situation was significantly better in group B than those in group A(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group B was 3.00%,which was significantly lower than that in group A(11.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease,the application of diversity nursing intervention in their nursing work can obtain ideal results,effectively control blood sugar,improve heart function,and the incidence of complications is low,which should be further promoted in the clinic.
