研究优质护理对骨折患者骨折愈合及功能恢复的影响

Study on the Effect of Quality Nursing on Fracture Healing and Functional Recovery in Fracture Patients

目的探究对骨折患者实施优质护理的效果,并分析该护理方法对骨折愈合、功能恢复的影响。方法选取2016年2月至2019年1月我院骨科收治的198例骨折患者,采用随机分组法分成两组。99例骨折患者行常规护理,为对照组;99例骨折患者行优质护理,为观察组。观察比较两组患者的骨折愈合情况与功能恢复情况。结果观察组的骨折愈合情况(97.98%)明显优于对照组(86.87%),P<0.05;观察组功能恢复的优良率(96.97%)明显高于对照组(83.84%),P<0.05。结论对骨折患者实施优质护理的效果显著,可促进骨折愈合、功能恢复良好,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of quality nursing on fracture patients,and analyze the effect of the nursing method on fracture healing and functional recovery.Methods A total of 198 fracture patients admitted to our department from February 2016 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.Ninety-nine patients with fractures underwent routine nursing as the control group;99 patients with fractures underwent quality care,which was the observation group.The fracture healing and functional recovery of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The fracture healing of the observation group(97.98%)was significantly better than that of the control group(86.87%),P<0.05.The excellent rate of functional recovery in the observation group(96.97%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.84%),P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of high quality nursing for patients with fractures is significant,which can promote fracture healing and functional recovery,which is worth promoting.
