青年血液透析患者乐观影响因素的分析及护理

Analysis and Nursing of Influencing Factors of Optimism in Young Hemodialysis Patients

目的调查青年血液透析患者的乐观现状,分析影响因素,给出相应的护理措施来提高患者的乐观水平。方法采用便利抽样法,选取皖北地区3家医院92名青年血液透析患者,发放一般资料调查表、乐观量表进行调查分析,针对不同影响因素制定不同的护理措施。结果青年血液透析患者乐观总分为(136.76±17.41)分,从负性情绪、社会交往受限、工作受限、饮食受限、自我价值感下降五个影响因素去分析,制定相应的护理措施来提高青年血液透析患者的乐观水平。结论青年血液透析患者的乐观水平有待提高,针对不同影响因素提供护理可以提高患者的乐观水平。

Objective To investigate the optimistic status of young hemodialysis patients,analyze the influencing factors,and give corresponding nursing measures to improve the optimistic level of patients.Methods Ninety-two young hemodialysis patients from three hospitals in northern Anhui were selected by convenience sampling method.General data questionnaire and optimism scale were distributed for investigation and analysis,and different nursing measures were formulated according to different influencing factors.Results The total score of optimism of young hemodialysis patients was(136.76±17.41).The five influencing factors were analyzed,including negative emotions,social interaction limitation,work limitation,diet limitation and the decline of self-worth.Corresponding nursing measures were formulated to improve the optimism level of young hemodialysis patients.Conclusion The optimistic level of young hemodialysis patients needs to be improved.Nursing for different influencing factors can improve the optimistic level of patients.
