探讨介入超声治疗盆腔脓肿的临床应用疗效

目的探讨介入超声治疗盆腔脓肿的临床应用疗效。方法我院超声科2014年5月至2017年5月共收治有30例盆腔脓肿患者,给予所有患者介入超声治疗措施,经腹穿刺抽液冲洗或经阴道穿刺抽液冲洗,开展为期1年的临床调查分析,分析其临床治疗效果,术后1月、3月及6月时间段内复查,观察其盆腔超声异常,观察远期疗效,继而探讨介入超声治疗的临床应用效果与应用价值,分析其进一步推广的可行性。结果 30例患者中,一次穿刺成功率为96.7%;28例抽取脓液为20～100mL,2例抽出脓液为100～200mL,脓液表象颜色呈黄绿、草绿、咖啡色,伴随恶臭;1例为白色念珠感染,29例均为葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等类型,未检测出瘤细胞;体温明显下降,24h体温改善率为36.7%;综合治愈率为96.7%,未见明显并发症。结论介入超声治疗盆腔脓肿临床疗效显著,其能够有效联合抗生素优势,迅速缓解炎性症状,保留内分泌功能,降低并发症风险,操作便捷、安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of interventional ultrasound in the treatment of pelvic abscess.Methods From May 2014 to May 2017,30 patients with pelvic abscess were treated in the Department of ultrasonography in our hospital.All patients were given interventional ultrasonography treatment.The patients were washed by abdominal puncture or vaginal puncture.A one-year clinical investigation and analysis were carried out.The clinical therapeutic effect was analyzed.The abnormal pelvic ultrasonography was observed in 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation.The clinical effect and application value of interventional ultrasound therapy were discussed,and the feasibility of its further promotion was analyzed.Results Among the 30 patients,the success rate of puncture was 96.7%;28 patients had 20~100 mL of pus,2 patients had 100-200 mL of pus,and the color of pus was yellow-green,grass-green,coffee,accompanied by malodor;1 patient had Candida albicans infection,29 patients were Staphylococcus and Escherichia coli,and no tumor cells were detected;body temperature decreased significantly,and the improvement rate of body temperature was 36.7%in 24 hours.The combined cure rate was 96.7%.There were no obvious complications.Conclusion Interventional ultrasound treatment of pelvic abscess has a significant clinical effect.It can effectively combine the advantages of antibiotics,quickly alleviate inflammatory symptoms,retain endocrine function,reduce the risk of complications,easy to operate,high safety,and is worthy of promotion.
