急性重度有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭的临床急诊急救措施

Emergency Treatment of Respiratory Failure Caused by Acute Severe Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

目的通过对急性重度有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭患者采取相应急救措施,研究并分析其治疗作用与效果。方法从我院2018年3月至2019年2月急诊科接收的急性重度有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭患者中抽取25位,对所有患者采取急救措,选用机械通气联合洗胃治疗的方法,分别对抽取的这25位患者进行救治,从而研究与总结急性重度有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭在临床上的急救方法和效果。结果急性重度有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭患者应用机械通气治疗,总的有效率接近于1,血氧饱和度以及血胆碱酯酶达到稳定所用的时间更短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性重度有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭患者应用机械通气联合洗胃治疗的急救措施,能够有效缓解中毒症状,改善血氧饱和度、血胆碱酯酶的水平,更好地达到救治的目的。

Objective To study and analyze the therapeutic effects and effects of patients with respiratory failure caused by acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods From March 2018 to February 2019,25 patients with respiratory failure caused by acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were selected from the emergency department of our hospital.All patients were given first aid.The 25 patients were treated by mechanical ventilation combined with gastric lavage,so as to study and summarize the clinical first aid methods and effects of respiratory failure caused by acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Results Patients with respiratory failure caused by acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were treated with mechanical ventilation.The total effective rate was close to 1,and the time required for blood oxygen saturation and blood cholinesterase to stabilize was shorter.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the clinical effects of the patients are in accordance with statistical laws.Conclusion The first-aid measures of mechanical ventilation combined with gastric lavage in patients with respiratory failure caused by acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning can effectively alleviate the symptoms of poisoning,improve blood oxygen saturation and blood cholinesterase levels,and better achieve the purpose of treatment.
