补脾益肾、化痰散结方剂治疗瘿病的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Bupi Yishen and Huayu Sanjie Recipe on Rickets

目的研究在瘿病中应用补脾益肾、化痰散结方剂的临床效果。方法选择随机数字表法将我院自2017年2月至2018年8月段萍老师门诊收治的42例瘿病患者随机分为参照组(n=21例)与实验组(n=21例),将应用西医常规治疗患者作为参照组,将应用补脾益肾、化痰散结方剂治疗患者作为实验组,分析对比两组瘿病患者的治疗效果。结果实验组瘿病患者游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、治疗总有效率与参照组各项数据比对,P<0.05且差异比较显著,统计学存在分析意义。结论将补脾益肾、化痰散结方剂应用于瘿病中效果比较显著,值得临床应用。

Objective To study the clinical effects of the application of Bupi Yishen and Huayu Sanjie Recipe in rickets.Methods A total of 42 patients with rickets admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into a reference group(n=21 cases)and an experimental group(n=21 cases).For example,the patients treated with western medicine should be used as the reference group,and the patients treated with Bupi Yishen and Huayu Sanjie Recipe will be used as the experimental group to analyze and compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups of rickets.Results In the experimental group,patients with rickets were free of triiodothyronine(FT3),free tetraiodothyronine(FT4),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),serum triiodothyronine(T3),and thyroxine(T4),the total effective rate of treatment was compared with the data of the reference group,P<0.05 and the difference was significant,and the statistical analysis had significance.Conclusion The application of Bupi Yishen and Huayu Sanjie Recipe in rickets is more effective and worthy of clinical application.
