摘要
目的观察护理配合和健康教育在阴道镜下宫颈组织活检术中的应用价值。方法选取我院阴道镜下宫颈组织活检术患者100例(2017年2月至2018年6月),随机分为综合护理配合和健康教育的观察组(50例)与常规护理的对照组(50例),观察患者并发症发生率及心理状态。结果与对照组相比,观察组并发症发生率低,SAS评分、SDS评分低,P<0.05。结论给予阴道镜下宫颈组织活检术患者全面的护理配合和健康教育,能有效减少并发症的发生,改善患者不良心理状态,效果较好,值得借鉴。
Objective To observe the application value of nursing cooperation and health education in cervical tissue biopsy under colposcope.Methods 100 patients with cervical tissue biopsy under colposcope in our hospital(February 2017 to June 2018)were randomly divided into the observation group(50 cases)of comprehensive nursing cooperation and health education and the control group(50 cases)of routine nursing,to observe the incidence of complications and psychological state of the patients.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was low,with low SAS and SDS scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing cooperation and health education for patients undergoing cervical tissue biopsy under colposcope can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the adverse psychological state of patients,with a good effect,which is worthy of reference.
