奥硝唑联合克林霉素乳膏治疗细菌性阴道炎患者的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Ornidazole Combined with Clindamycin Cream in the Treatment of Patients with Bacterial Vaginosis

目的分析对细菌性阴道炎患者使用奥硝唑联合克林霉素乳膏治疗的临床疗效。方法选择我院妇科门诊在1年内收治的560例患者,按照随机分组法,将其分为对照组(280例,仅使用奥硝唑治疗)和观察组(280例,奥硝唑+克林霉素治疗),对两组治疗效果进行收集和分析。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,同时观察组症状消失时间明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但两组在治疗期间的并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在对细菌性阴道炎患者实施临床治疗时,通过使用奥硝唑联合克林霉素乳膏治疗,可取得明显更佳的治疗效果,同时治疗安全性也可得到保障,有较高的使用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of ornidazole combined with clindamycin cream in patients with bacterial vaginitis.Methods A total of 560 patients admitted to the gynaecological clinic of our hospital within 1 year were randomly divided into two groups:control group(280 cases,only treated with ornidazole)and observation group(280 cases,Ornidazole+Clindamycin treatment),the effects of the two groups were collected and analyzed.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The time of disappearance of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups during the treatment period(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with bacterial vaginitis,the treatment with ornidazole combined with clindamycin cream can achieve a significantly better therapeutic effect,while the safety of treatment can also be guaranteed,it has high use value.
