研究强化整体护理对宫颈癌放疗患者并发症的影响

Study on the Effect of Intensive Holistic Nursing on Complications of Cervical Cancer Patients Undergoing Radiotherapy

目的研究分析强化整体护理对宫颈癌放疗患者并发症的临床影响。方法选择2017年8月至2018年8月我院收治的42例宫颈癌放疗患者为观察对象,依照不同护理方式将其分为常规组(n=21)与观察组(n=21),对常规组患者展开一般护理干预,对观察组患者则给予强化整体护理干预,对比组患者并发症发生情况。结果两组患者在经护理干预后,观察组患者并发症发生率相比较常规组更低,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对宫颈癌放疗患者给予强化整体护理干预,能有效降低放疗后并发症的发生率,缓解患者痛苦,值得在临床中普及应用。

Objective To study the clinical impact of intensive holistic nursing on complications of cervical cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy.Methods A total of 42 patients with cervical cancer treated by radiotherapy in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as subjects for observation.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into regular group(n=21)and observation group(n=21).General nursing intervention was given to the conventional group,while the observation group was given intensive holistic nursing intervention,and the incidence of complications was compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive holistic nursing intervention for patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy can effectively reduce the incidence of complications after radiotherapy and alleviate the suffering of patients.It is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
