卵巢囊肿切除术行舒适护理的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of Ovarian Cystectomy for Comfortable Nursing

目的观察卵巢囊肿切除术行舒适护理干预的临床效果。方法选择2017年12月至2018年12月我院收治的行卵巢囊肿切除术的70例患者为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为常规组(n=35)与观察组(n=35),常规组患者给予一般护理,观察组则给予舒适护理,比较观察两组护理效果。结果 (1)组间患者护理干预后临床恢复情况:经护理后观察组患者排气时间与住院时间均更短于常规组,组间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)两组患者护理满意度对比:常规组患者在经护理后总满意度为85.7%;观察组总满意度为94.3%,观察组患者对护理干预的满意度明显更高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行卵巢囊肿切除术的患者展开舒适护理干预,能有效缩短患者住院时间,提高其护理满意度,可在临床治疗中广泛普及并应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of comfortable nursing intervention for ovarian cyst resection.Methods Seventy patients who underwent ovarian cyst resection admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December2018 were enrolled.All patients were randomized into a regular group(n=35)and an observation group(n=35).The patients in the regular group were given general care,and the observation group was given comfort nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results(1)Clinical recovery after patient intervention in the group:after treatment,the exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than the conventional group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)Comparison of nursing satisfaction between the two groups:the total satisfaction of the patients in the regular group was 85.7%after the nursing;the total satisfaction of the observation group was 94.3%,and the satisfaction of the nursing group in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the regular group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention for patients undergoing ovarian cyst resection can effectively shorten the hospitalization time and improve the satisfaction of nursing.It can be widely used and applied in clinical treatment.
