不同产地桃仁和山桃仁的微性状鉴别

摘要 目的探讨微性状鉴别法在不同产地桃仁和山桃仁鉴别中的应用价值。方法收集北京、山西、甘肃等产地桃仁药材,通过显微镜与电脑软件相结合的微性状鉴别法对所选取桃仁药材的表面特征进行观察、拍摄,对比纳入不同产地桃仁药材长度的差异。结果不同产地桃仁及山桃仁在尖端形状、合点位置及表面突起密度上均存在差异,且北京与山西桃仁长度对比有明显差异(P<0.05),研究收集的山西山桃仁最符合中国药典规定长度。结论针对不同产地桃仁和山桃仁采用微性状鉴别法进行鉴别准确性较高,为临床桃仁用药类别的选择提供了数据支持,应用价值较高。 Objective To explore the application value of micro-trait identification method in the identification of peach kernel and mountain peach kernel in different producing areas.Methods The medicinal materials of Peach Kernels from Beijing,Shanxi and Gansu were collected.The surface characteristics of the selected Peach medicinal materials were observed and photographed by the micro-trait identification method combined with microscope and computer software.The differences in the length of Peach medicinal materials from different producing areas were compared.Results Peach kernels from different habitats differed in tip shape,chalazal position and surface protuberance density,and the length of peach kernels in Beijing and Shanxi was significantly different(P<0.05).The length of Shanxi Shantao kernels collected in this study is most in line with the prescribed length of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion The micro-character identification method for different origins of peach kernel and Mangosteen kernel has higher accuracy,which provides data support for the selection of clinical medication categories of peach kernel and has higher application value.
