人文护理关怀对肾结石术后患者健康知识和护理满意度的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Human Nursing Care on Patients' Health Knowledge and Nursing Satisfaction after Kidney Stone Operation

目的探究对肾结石手术患者术后实施人文护理关怀的效果,并分析其对患者健康知识、护理满意度的实际影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月收治的100例肾结石患者,均接受肾结石手术治疗,随机分成两组。50例肾结石患者在术后接受常规护理干预为对照组,剩余50例肾结石患者在术后接受人文护理关怀为观察组。观察比较两组肾结石患者术后的恢复情况。结果观察组的健康知识掌握程度评分、手术依从性评分均明显高于对照组,观察组肾结石患者的住院时间明显短于对照组,P<0.05;观察组的护理满意度(96.00%)显著高于对照组(84.00%),P<0.05。结论对肾结石手术患者术后行人文护理关怀,可提升患者的健康知识与护理满意度,效果确切,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of human nursing care on patients with kidney stones after surgery,and to analyze the actual impact on patients’health knowledge and nursing satisfaction.Methods One hundred patients with kidney stones admitted from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study.All patients were treated with kidney stones and randomly divided into two groups.Fifty patients with renal calculi underwent routine nursing intervention as control group,and the remaining 50 patients with renal calculi received postoperative nursing care for the observation group.The recovery of the two groups of patients with renal calculi was observed and compared.Results The health knowledge mastery score and surgical compliance score of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group.The hospitalization time of the patients with renal calculi in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,P<0.05.The satisfaction of the observation group(96.00%)is significantly higher than the control group(84.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion Human care care for patients with kidney stones can improve the health knowledge and satisfaction of patients.The effect is exact and worth promoting.
