小儿胸部DR投照50例体会

A Study on Clinical Value of DR in Chest Radiograph Taking of Children

目的探讨数字X线投照(Digital Radiography,DR)在小儿胸片的拍摄中的应用及临床价值。方法选取本院50例小儿X线DR胸部摄片所显示影像层次进行分析,对在拍摄中出现的问题进行综合分析。结果在3岁以下小儿胸片中:体位不佳1例,呼气相1例,肩胛骨遮挡0例,照射野范围大0例,剂量偏差3例;其中甲片率为70%,乙片率为30%,无丙片。3岁以上小儿胸片中:体位不佳1例,呼气相0例,肩胛骨遮挡1例,照射野范围大1例,剂量偏差2例;甲片率71.5%,乙片率28.5%,并无丙片。结论小儿胸部DR投照可为诊断医师提供高质量的胸片,具有广泛的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the appliation and clinical value of digital radiography(DR)in chest radiograph taking of children.Methods 50 DR radiographs of children taken in Deyang People’s Hospital were selected for study.The layers of the radiographs were analyzed.Meanwhile,comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the chest radiographs were conducted.Results Firstly,among the chest radiographs of children less than three years old,there were one of poor position,one with expiratory phase,zero covered by scapula,zero with a large radiation field range and three with dose deviation;meanwhile,70%are level A,30%are level B and there was on one of level C.Secondly,among the chest radiographs of children greater than three years old,there were one of poor position,zero with expiratory phase,one with scapula occlusion,one with a large irradiation field range and two with dose deviation;meanwhile,71.5%are level A and 28.5%are level B,and there was no one of level C.Conclusion Chest DR of children can provide high-quality chest radiographs for diagnosticians and therefore is worthy of widespread application in clinical practice.
