摘要 目的探讨赋能教育模式对促进初产妇母乳喂养的作用分析。方法选取2017年3月至2018年3月我院收治的92例初产妇,将其随机分为参照组和试验组,每组各46例。参照组产妇和试验组产妇分别采用传统方式和赋能教育模式进行健康宣教。比较两组产妇的母乳喂养率以及母乳喂养自我效能评分。结果试验组产后1个月的母乳喂养率为%,高于参照组的%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组产妇的母乳喂养自我效能评分总分为(129.5±6.8)分,高于参照组的(104.6±5.7)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论初产妇采用赋能教育模式进行健康宣教,能有效增强其母乳喂养自我效能,提高母乳喂养率。 Objective To explore the role of empowerment education to primiparas’breastfeeding.Methods92 primiparas admitted to Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from March 2017 to March 2018 were divided into control group and test group randomly and evenly,with 46 primiparas in each group.Traditional methods and empowerment education were applied to provide health publicity and education for the control group and test group respectively.Then the breastfeeding rate and breastfeeding self-efficacy scores of the two groups were compared.Results Firstly,the breastfeeding rate of the test group one month after delivery was%,higher than%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Secondly,the total score of breastfeeding self-efficacy in the test group was(129.5±6.8),which was higher than that in the control group(104.6±5.7),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the empowerment education in health publicity and education can effectively enhance the breastfeeding self-efficacy of primiparas and increase the breastfeeding rate of them.
