摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在心血管护理管理中的临床效果体会。方法选取98例心血管疾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=49)和对照组(n=49),对观察组患者给予人性化护理服务,对对照组患者给予常规护理服务,对比两组患者的护理满意度。结果观察组患者护理满意度为97.96%,对照组患者护理满意度为85.42%,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理在心血管护理管理中具有较好的临床应用效果,能有效提高患者的护理满意度,提高护理质量及患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of humanized nursing in cardiovascular nursing management.Methods 98 patients with cardiovascular diseases were enrolled in the study.They were divided into an observation group(n=49)and a control group(n=49)randomly and evenly.The patients in the observation group were given humanized nursing services,while those in the control group were given routine nursing services.A comparison was made on the satisfaction rate of nursing between the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of the patients with nursing in the observation group was 97.96%while it was 85.42%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing has good clinical effects on cardiovascular nursing management.It can effectively improve the patient’s nursing satisfaction and improve nursing quality and patients’life quality.Therefore,it is worthy of widespread application in clinical practice.
