康复护理在中老年颈肩腰腿痛中的临床应用价值体会

A Study on Clinical Value of Rehabilitation Nursing in the Treatment of Neck, Shoulder, Back and Leg Pains of Middle-Aged and Elderly Patients

目的探讨对中老年颈肩腰腿痛患者给予康复护理后获得的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年05月至2018年06月收治的74例中老年颈肩腰腿痛患者作为实验对象;采用抽签法分组后进行护理对策研究;对照组(37例):基础护理对策;观察组(37例):基础护理对策+康复护理对策;最终就护理结果展开对比。结果同对照组中老年颈肩腰腿痛患者运动功能改善总有效率以及疼痛评分对比,观察组获得显著改善(P<0.05)。结论护理人员对于中老年颈肩腰腿痛患者给予康复护理干预,对于运动功能改善以及疼痛减轻效果显著,值得广泛应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of neck,shoulder,back and leg pains of middle-aged and elderly patients.Methods 74 middle-aged and elderly patients with neck,shoulder,back and leg pains who were treated in Guang’an District People’s Hospital from May 2015 to June 2018 were selected for study.They were divided into a control group and an observation group evenly by lottery.Then basic nursing and a combination of basic nursing and rehabilitation nursing were respectively adopted in the control group and the observation group.Finally,the nursing results were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate of improvement of motor function in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Meanwhile,the pain score in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group.Both of the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improve the motor function and alleviate the pains of middle-aged and elderly patients with neck,shoulder,back and leg pains.Therefore,it is worthy of wide application.
