CRP水平在小儿肺炎诊疗过程中的作用研究

摘要 目的探讨CRP水平在小儿肺炎诊疗中的应用价值。方法随机选择我院2015年9月至2017年9月间收治的72例小儿肺炎患者为观察组,对照组为同一阶段在我院接受体检的28例健康儿童,对入组者进行CPR水平检测,对比两组CRP水平和观察组治疗前后CRP水平。结果细菌性肺炎患儿和支原体肺炎患儿的CRP水平明显高于健康儿童,数据间存在统计学差异(P<0.05);病毒性肺炎患儿的CRP水平为(2.29±0.42)mg/L,与健康儿童相比,数据间不存在统计学差异(P>0.05);细菌性肺炎患儿治疗后CRP水平明显下降,相比于治疗前,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);病毒性肺炎患儿和支原体肺炎患儿治疗前后CRP水平不存在统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 CRP是小儿肺炎诊治中的一项重要指标,推广应用价值明显。 Objective To explore the value of the application of CRP level in diagnosis and treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods An observation group and a control group were involved in this study.The observation group consisted of 72 randomly selected patients suffering from pediatric pneumonia and admitted to Hejiang County People’s Hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 while the control group comprised 28 healthy children who took physical examination in the hospital during the same period.The CPR level of the children in both groups were detected and compared.Then the CPR level of the observation group before and after treatment was compared.Results Firstly,the CRP level of child patients of bacterial pneumonia and the ones of mycoplasmal pneumonia were significantly higher than that of healthy children.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Secondly,the CRP level of child patients of viral pneumonia was(2.29±0.42)mg/L,and there was no statistical difference between the data and that of the healthy children(P>0.05).Thirdly,in terms of child patients of bacterial pneumonia,the CRP level after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Fourthly,in terms of child patients of viral pneumonia and the ones of mycoplasmal pneumonia,there was no significant difference in CRP levels before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion CRP level is an important index in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric pneumonia,deserving widespread application.
