摘要
目的研究在重症科室护理工作中运用人性化管理理念的医学价值。方法选取2017年7月至2018年8月的122例重症患者作为本次人性化管理理念医学价值研究对象,按照病人姓氏首字母进行编号,按照护理期间有无运用人性化护理理念进行分组,随机均分为两组,每组61人,住院治疗期间全程结合人性化护理进行护理的患者作为特别组,余下患者住院治疗仅采取常规护理模式称为对照组。分析比对两组患者对于护理人员的护理满意度。以QLQ-C30生活质量表评分为依据对比特别组与对照组患者住院治疗期间的生活质量,以此作为人性化管理医学价值研究结果依据。结果重症监护室治疗康复期间使用人性化护理模式的特别组患者对护理人员给出的护理满意度高于(98.36%)对照组患者护理满意度数据(81.97%),组间差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。特别组患者的生活质量评分显著高于仅采用普通护理模式的对照组患者,两组间生活质量分数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症医学科日常护理工作中引入人性化管理理理念,有利于培养良好的医患关系,护理工作质量得到整体提升。
Objective To explore the medical value of humanized management in ICU(Intensive Care Unit)nursing.Methods 122 patients who were treated in ICU from July 2017 to August 2018 were selected.After being numbered according to their initials,they are divided into two groups randomly and evenly according to whether humanized nursing was applied to them during ICU nursing period,with each group consisting of 61 patients.The patients who were treated with humanized nursing during the whole ICU hospitalization period made up the special group.The remaining patients were treated only with conventional nursing constituted the control group.The satisfaction rates of the two groups with the nursing staff were analyzed and compared.According to the scores of QLQ-C30,a questionnaire developed to assess the quality of life of cancer patients,the quality of life of the two groups during ICU hospitalization period was compared.Such comparison and analysis formed the basis for the results of this study.Results The patients in the special group who were treated with humanized nursing during the treatment and recovery period in ICU were more satisfied with the nursing staff than control group.The satisfaction rates of the two groups were 98.36%and 81.97%respectively and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The QLQ-C30 scores of patients in the special group were significantly higher than those of the patients in the control group who were treated with only the routine nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of humanized management concept in daily ICU nursing is conducive to the cultivation of a good doctor–patient relationship and the overall improvement of nursing quality.
