英国社区护理的现状及对我国的启示

The Status Quo of British Community Nursing and Its Enlightenment to China

我国国内社区护理服务的需求越来越迫切。本文在对社区护理概念梳理的基础上,分析了英国社区护理的管理体系、及社区护士的职责,对我国国内社区护理现状和英国进行了对比研究。

There is a more and more pressing demand for community nursing services in China.In this paper,the management system of community nursing and the responsibilities of community nurses in the UK were analyzed and then the comparison of status quo of community nursing between China and UK was made based on the organization of community nursing concepts.
