血清、胸腹水肿瘤标志物的研究进展

Research Progress on Tumor Markers in Serum and Pleuroperitoneal Fluid

肿瘤标志物对于肿瘤的诊断和疗效判定都具有十分重要的意义,临床上对于良恶性胸腹水的鉴别目前也开始广泛应用肿瘤标志物检测进行判断。本文通过总结血清、胸腹水中肿瘤标志物的种类、功能;分析肿瘤标志物在诊断、鉴别诊断及疾病预后判断中的价值;为研究癌症及恶性胸腹水预后判断与血清、胸腹水肿瘤标志物的可能关系提供参考。

Tumor markers are of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment effect judgment of tumors.Therefore,tumor markers have been widely used to identify benign and malignant pleuroperitoneal fluids clinically at present.In this paper,the value of tumor markers in diagnosis,differential diagnosis and prognosis of disease are analyzed based on summarization of the types and functions of tumor markers in serum and pleuroperitoneal fluids,aiming to provide reference for the study of possible relationship between the prognosis of cancer and malignant pleuroperitoneal fluids and tumor markers in serum and pleuroperitoneal fluids.
