围术期全程护理干预对甲状腺围术期手术患者的作用探讨

Exploring the Role of Perioperative Whole-Course Nursing Intervention in Thyroid Surgery of Perioperative Patients

目的了解围术期全程护理干预对甲状腺围术期手术患者的作用。方法选择我院2018年4月至2018年12月的60例甲状腺患者,随机分组,对照组给予一般护理,全程护理组进行了围术期全程护理干预。比较两组满意占比;甲状腺手术的时间、甲状腺术后住院的天数;护理前后生活质量水平;护理并发症。结果全程护理组满意占比、生活质量水平、甲状腺手术的时间、甲状腺术后住院的天数、护理并发症对比对照组有优势,P <0.05。结论甲状腺患者实施围术期全程护理干预可获得良好效果。

Objective To learn the role of perioperative whole-course nursing intervention in thyroid surgery of perioperative patients.Methods 60 patients with thyroid diseases who were admitted to Jining No.1 People’s Hospital from April 2018 to December 2018 were selected for study.They were randomly divided into a control group for which routine nursing was adopted and an observation group for which perioperative whole-course nursing intervention was applied.The satisfaction rate,operation duration,postoperative hospitalization days,the quality of life of the patients before and after nursing,and the nursing complications were compared between the two groups respectively.Results The observation group is superior to the control group in aspects of the satisfaction rate,quality of life,operation duration,postoperative hospitalization days,and nursing complications(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative wholecourse nursing intervention is highly effective in thyroid surgery.
