痰热清注射液+抗生素治疗脑卒中相关性肺炎的效果观察

A Study on Effects of Tanreqing Injection + Antibiotics in the Treatment of Stroke-Associated Pneumonia

目的探究痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗脑卒中相关性肺炎治疗效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至2018年7月收治的脑卒中相关性肺炎患者68例,随机分为抗生素组、痰热清组,均34例患者,分别予以抗生素治疗、抗生素+痰热清注射液治疗,比较体温恢复时间、白细胞计数恢复时间、胸部影像恢复时间、住院时间、治疗效果以及不良反应情况。结果痰热清组患者体温恢复时间、白细胞计数恢复时间、胸部影像恢复时间、住院时间均短于抗生素组,且治疗有效率97.1%高于抗生素组79.4%(P<0.05)。痰热清组患者不良反应发生率为2.9%,与抗生素组5.9%相比,差异未见显著性(P>0.05)。结论在对脑卒中相关性肺炎患者的治疗中,采用抗生素联合痰热清注射液治疗,可提升患者康复速度,提升治疗效果,是安全有效的治疗方式。

Objective To explore the effects of Tanreqing injection+antibiotics in the treatment of strokeassociated pneumonia.Methods 68 cases of stroke-associated pneumonia who were treated in Maoming Dianbai District People’s Hospital from January 2016 to July 2018 were selected for study.They were divided into two groups randomly and evenly:the control group(n=34)and the observation group(n=34).Antibiotics and antibiotics+Tanreqing injection were adopted in the two groups respectively.Then the two groups were compared in aspects of recovery time of body temperature,recovery time of white blood cell count,recovery time of chest imaging,hospitalization period,treatment effects and adverse reactions.Results Firstly,the observation group enjoyed shorter recovery time of body temperature,shorter recovery time of white blood cell count,shorter recovery time of chest imaging and shorter hospitalization period than the control group.The treatment effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 97.1%,higher than 79.4%in the control group(P<0.05).Secondly,the incidence of adverse reactions of the patients in the observation group was 2.9%and it was 5.9%in the control group.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of antibiotics combined with Tanreqing injection in the treatment of stroke-related pneumonia can accelerate patients’recovery and improve treatment effect.Therefore,it is safe and effective.
