探讨宫颈癌护理及心理护理在宫颈癌治疗中的作用及应用

Exploring the Role and Application of Cervical Cancer Nursing and Psychological Nursing in the Treatment of Cervical Cancer

目的探讨宫颈癌护理及心理护理在宫颈癌治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2016年9月至2018年10月本院收治的宫颈癌患者90例,随机分为2组,每组45例。对照组予常规护理,在对照组基础上观察组予宫颈癌护理及心理护理。对两组患者心理状态评分、生命质量评分进行对比。结果干预后,观察组心理状态各项评分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生命质量评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌患者采用宫颈癌护理及心理护理干预效果显著,可有效改善患者负性情绪,提高其生命质量,利于预后。

Objective To explore the role and application of cervical cancer nursing and psychological nursing in the treatment of cervical cancer.Methods 90 cases of cervical cancer who were treated in Minqin County People’s Hospital between September 2016 and October 2018 were selected for study.They were divided into a control group(n=45)and an observation group(n=45)randomly and evenly.Routine nursing was adopted in control group while cervical cancer nursing and psychological nursing were adopted in the observation group based on routine nursing.Scores psychological status and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results Firstly,the observation group enjoyed lower various scores of psychological status compared with the control group after nursing and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Secondly,the observation group enjoyed a higher score of quality of life compared with the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cervical cancer nursing and psychological nursing interventions to cervical cancer patients has significant effects.It can effectively reduce negative emotions of patients,improve their quality of life and benefit prognosis.
