摘要
目的评价在中心手术室护理质量管理中运用品管圈(QCC)活动的临床体会。方法收集2017年10月至2018年12月在本院进行手术的患者130例,按照随机数字法将其均分为观察组和对照组,每组65例。观察组采用QCC护理管理,对照组采用常规护理管理。比较两组患者不良事件发生情况、护理满意度及护理质量评分情况。结果观察组不良事件总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理质量各项评分明显高于照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中心手术室护理质量管理中运用QCC活动后,能够有效降低不良事件发生率,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,同时有利于改善护理质量,可见QCC活动具有十分显著的临床价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of QCC(quality control circle)in nursing quality management of Central Operating Room.Methods 130 patients who were treated with surgery in Dongguan No.3 People’s Hospital from October 2017 to December 2018 were selected for study.They were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number method,with 65 patients in each group.QCC nursing management was adopted in the observation group,while routine nursing management was adopted in the control group.The incidence of adverse events,nursing satisfaction,and nursing quality scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion QCC activities in nursing quality management of Central Operating Room can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events,improve satisfaction with nursing of the patients,and improve the quality of nursing,indicating that QCC activities have very significant clinical value.
