规范管理对老年糖尿病合并高血压患者的影响及效果评价

Evaluation of Effects of Standardized Management on Elderly Patients with Diabetes Complicated with Hypertension

目的探讨规范管理对糖尿病合并高血压老年患者的影响及其效果。方法抽取我院收治的106例糖尿病合并高血压老年患者,将其随机分对照组和实验组各53例,所有患者均接受常规治疗,实验组则在此基础上加强规范管理,比较两组所取得的临床效果。结果在空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、舒张压、收缩压等对比中,实验组控制效果均优于参考组(P<0.05);参考组对工作满意率是77.36%,实验组是90.57%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并高血压老年患者积极落实相关的规范管理措施,可有效控制患者血糖及血压,改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of standardized management on elderly patients with diabetes complicated with hypertension.Methods 106 elderly patients with diabetes complicated with hypertension were selected for study.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 53 patients in each group.All the patients received routine treatment and standardized management was strengthened in the experimental group.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,diastolic blood pressure,and systolic blood pressure,the control effect of the patients in the experimental group was better than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the patients in the reference group was 77.36%,while it was 90.57%in the experimental group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The active implementation of standardized management in elderly patients with diabetes complicated with hypertension can effectively control the blood glucose and blood pressure of the patients and improve their quality of life.
