摘要
目的探讨PBL+EBM教学模式用于住院医师规范化培训中的实践效果。方法选取45名住院医师规范化培训学员进行研究,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组22人,行传统教学培训,观察组23人,采用基于问题式学习(PBL)+循证医学(EBM)教学模式进行教学培训;对比两组培训效果。结果观察组学员临床思维能力提升率、个人表达能力提升率、学习兴趣提升率、自我能力提高率、团队合作精神提升率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学员理论成绩、基本操作成绩及病例分析成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PBL+EBM教学模式在提高住院医师规范化培训效果方面可发挥积极作用,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the practical effects of PBL+EBM teaching mode in standardized training for residents.Methods 45 trainees of standardized training for residents were selected for study.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 22 in the control group and 23 in the observation group.Traditional teaching was adopted in the control group,while question-based learning(PBL)and evidence-based medicine(EBM)teaching mode was applied in the observation group.The training effects were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement rates of clinical thinking ability,personal expression ability,learning interest,self-ability,and teamwork spirit of the residents in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The examination scores of theory,basic operation,and pathological analysis of the residents in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL+EBM teaching mode plays an active role in the improvement of the effects of standardized training for residents and therefore is worthy of wide application.
