Exploring the Nursing of Subclavian Deep Venous Catheterization in One PVS Patient with Cerebral Infarction

深静脉置管在实际医疗过程中是一种常规治疗手段,特别是在危重患者的临床营养、监测抢救中都有着极其重要的实际作用,这种方法不仅能减少因为多次穿刺给病患带来的疼痛,而且还有利于降低对病人的静脉造成的损伤。对于成为植物人状态的患者,因为需长期的康复性治疗,做好深静脉置管的护理在防止感染和延长置管时间等方面是研究重点。下面以一例脑梗死植物人锁骨下深静脉置管护理来探讨其护理特性。

As a kind of routine treatment in actual medical process,deep venous catheterization plays an extremely important role especially in clinical nutrition,monitoring,and first aid of critical patients.This method can not only reduce the pain of the patients caused by repeated puncture but also help to reduce the injury to venous vein of the patients.Since PVS patients are in need of long-term rehabilitation treatment,it is necessary for related study to focus on nursing care of deep venous catheterization aiming to prevent infection and prolong catheterization time.In this paper,nursing characteristics of deep venous catheterization were explored by taking subclavian deep venous catheterization of one PVS patient with cerebral infarction as an example.
