严重创伤性休克患者急诊护理风险分析及护理安全对策

Exploring the Risks and Safety Countermeasures in Emergency Nursing of Patients with Severe Traumatic Shock

目的探究分析严重创伤性休克患者急诊护理风险分析以及规范化护理安全对策。方法选取我院收治的共计200名患者作为研究对象,对所有的患者在临床上的诊断过程中所出现的一系列护理风险进行统计记录,同时对护理风险的类型进行有效的分类,并且就相关的护理风险情况做好规范化的安全对策等。结果通过对比分析来看,在当前患者的实际分析过程中,严重创伤性休克患者往往会出现护理风险的方面包括综合素质问题、沟通问题、护理记录不规范现象、人力资源不足情况以及护理制度不完善现象。结论在目前来看严重性休克患者在临床上护理过程中依然存在部分的问题,针对具体的问题应当做好有效的分析工作,通过针对性的解决对策来提升护理的作用和效果,在未来进行推广和普及。

Objective To explore and analyze the risks and safety countermeasures in emergency nursing of the patients with severe traumatic shock.Methods A total of 200 patients with severe traumatic shock who were treated in Jinan City People’s Hospital were selected for study.A series of nursing risks taking place during the clinical diagnosis of all the patients were recorded and the statistics were made.Meanwhile,the risks were effectively classified and standardized safety countermeasures against the risks were proposed.Results According to comparative analysis of the actual conditions of the patients,the risks occurring during the nursing of patients with severe traumatic shock tended to be caused by comprehensive quality,communication,unstandardized nursing records,insufficient human resources,and imperfect nursing system.Conclusion There are still some problems with current clinical nursing of the patients with severe traumatic shock.It is necessary to carry out effective analysis and propose targeted countermeasures so as to improve the nursing effects.Furthermore,the countermeasures proposed should be promoted and popularized in the future.
