研究社区脑卒中患者家庭康复护理手段的运用效果

A Study on Effects of Rehabilitation Nursing Means at Home on Community Patients with Cerebral Stroke

目的研究在社区脑卒中患者家庭中开展干预护理工作的应用效果。方法选取某小区62名患有脑卒中后遗症的患者作为研究对象,讲所有患者编号后随机分为两组,立项组患者康复期间由专业的护理人员实施护理干预,普通组患者接受常规家庭康复护理。对比两组患者接受护理后3个月和6个月之后的护理效果。使用生活质量评分表(SS-QOL)评定两组患者护理后的生存质量。结果采用国际通用的肢体运动功能量表(FMA)和功能独立性测评量表(FIM)对两组患者进行评分,立项组患者各项评分均显著优于普通组患者,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。立项组患者各项生活质量评分显著高于普通组患者,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区脑卒中患者接受护理干预后有助于改善运动功能和自主生活能力,可大幅提高患者恢复期的生存质量。

Objective To study the effects of nursing intervention at home on community patients with cerebral stroke.Methods 62 patients with cerebral stroke sequelae in a certain community were selected for study.All the patients were numbered and randomly divided into a project group and a general group.During the rehabilitation period,the patients in the project group were treated with nursing intervention by professional nursing staff,while the patients in the general group received routine rehabilitation nursing at home.The nursing effects of the patients three months and six months after the nursing were compared between the two groups.Score Sheet-Quality of Life(SS-QOL)was adopted to assess the quality of life of the patients in the two groups after nursing.Results Fugl-meyer assessment(FMA)scale and functional independence assessment(FIM)scale generally used internationally were adopted to score the patients in the two groups.The scores of the patients in the project group were significantly better than those in the general group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Moreover,various scores of quality of life of the patients in the project group were significantly higher than those in the general group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention on community patients with cerebral stroke can help to improve motor function and independent living ability of the patients,and significantly improve their quality of life in the recovery period.
