品管圈活动应用于普外科护理临床教学效果研究

A Study on the Effects of the Application of Quality Control Circle（QCC） Activities in Clinical Teaching of General Surgery Nursing

目的探讨品管圈活动在提升普外科护理临床教学效果。方法选取68名在2017年4月至2018年4月来医院普外科实习的护生,按照其入院时间随机分为观察组与对照组,人数相同各34名,对照组在品管圈活动前实习,观察组在品管圈活动后实习,对照组护生结合传统的带教模式进行带教,观察组护生在对照组的基础上结合品管圈活动的要求进行带教。结果观察组护生在实践操作考试、理论水平均高于对照组;且实验组对科室教学管理,带教老师的态度、知识和学生管理评分均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论在普外科护理临床教学中应用品管圈活动,能有效激发带教老师参与教学质量改进的积极性,有效提高临床护理教学效果,值得应用和推广。

Objective To explore the effects of quality control circle(QCC)activities in the improvement of clinical teaching of general surgery nursing.Methods 68 interns who worked as interns in general surgery department of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected for study.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the time they were recruited,with 34 interns in each group.The interns in the control group and in the observation group respectively worked as interns before and after QCC activities were carried out.The interns in the control group were taught based on traditional teaching model,while the interns in the observation group were taught according to the requirements of the QCC activities combined with traditional teaching model.Results Compared with the interns in the control group,the interns in the observation group were better in both practical operation tests and theoretical level.Moreover,the interns in the experimental group gave higher scores for teaching management of the department,attitudes of the clinical teachers,knowledge management,and student management than the interns in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of QCC activities in the clinical teaching of general surgery department can effectively stimulate the clinical teachers to participate in the improvement of the teaching quality and improve clinical nursing teaching effects.Therefore,it is worthy of application and promotion.
