阿奇霉素治疗呼吸系统感染的药理作用及临床应用观察

Observation on the Pharmacological Action and Clinical Application of Azithromycin in the Treatment of Respiratory System Infection

目的近些年来随着环境问题的不断恶化,呼吸系统的感染率越来越高,所以必须找寻有效的治疗方法,在其临床治理中应用阿奇霉素,探讨此种治疗手段的临床应用效果。方法在我院确诊为呼吸系统感染的患者选出110例作为本次研究的参与者,患者接受治疗的时间范围是2016年6月至2017年10月,依照其接受治疗的顺序将该110例研究对象拆分为两个对比小组,时间较早的小组称之为对照组,该组患者接受红霉素口服治疗方法,阿奇霉素口服治疗则给予观察组的患者,该组患者为接受治疗时间相对较晚的患者。两组患者人数相当,将两组患者的治疗效果进行对比分析,进而得出阿奇霉素的药理作用。结果将两组患者的肺部啰音消失时间、退热时间进行对比得出,观察组患者要明显优于对照组患者,P<0.05。本次研究中观察组所有患者的治疗有效率是96.36%,对照组患者的治疗有效率是74.55%,对比之下观察组患者的治疗效果更加理想,P<0.05。结论呼吸系统感染的临床治疗中应用阿奇霉素,可在缩短患者退热时间和肺部啰音消失时间的基础上提升治疗效果。

Objective In recent years,with the worsening of environmental problems,the infection rate of respiratory system is constantly increasing.Therefore,it is essential to find an effective treatment method.In this paper,the effects of azithromycin in clinical treatment of respiratory system were explored.Methods 110 patients who were diagnosed as respiratory system infection in Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital were selected for study.They were treated from June 2016 to October 2017 and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to their treatment sequence,with similar number of patients in each group.The patients who received the treatment earlier constituted the control group,in which oral medication of erythromycin was adopted.The patients who were treated relatively later comprised the observation group,in which oral medication of azithromycin was provided.The treatment effects of the patients were compared between the two groups and analyzed.In this way,the pharmacological action of azithromycin was further determined.Results According to comparison,the disappearance time of pulmonary rales and the antipyretic time of the patients in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).In this study,the total treatment effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 96.36%,while it was 74.55%in the control group.Therefore,the observation group enjoyed more ideal treatment effects compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of azithromycin in the clinical treatment of respiratory infection can shorten the antipyretic time and the disappearance time of pulmonary rales the patients.Therefore,it can improve the treatment effects of respiratory infection.
