延续性护理干预对宫颈癌术后患者生活质量及护理满意度的影响效果分析

Analysis of the Effects of Continuity of Care Intervention on Life Quality and Nursing Satisfaction of Patients with Cervical Cancers after Surgery

目的研究分析延续性护理干预对宫颈癌术后患者生活质量及护理满意度的影响效果。方法收集我院收治的宫颈癌患者66例,所有患者均接受手术治疗,按照护理方式的不同将这66例患者均分为两组,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受延续性护理干预,观察对比护理效果。结果观察组33例宫颈癌患者术后各项生活质量评分均显著优于对照组;观察组33例宫颈癌患者临床护理满意度为93.94%(31/33)显著高于对照组33例宫颈癌患者临床护理满意度81.82%(27/33),P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论延续性护理干预能够有效提升宫颈癌术后患者的生活质量和护理满意度,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To study the effects of continuity of care intervention on life quality and nursing satisfaction of the patients with cervical cancer after surgery.Methods A total of 66 patients with cervical cancers who were treated with surgery in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University were collected for study.They were evenly divided into two groups,i.e.a control group and an observation group according to different nursing methods.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group were treated with continuity of care intervention based on routine nursing.The nursing effects of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The life quality scores of the 33 patients in the observation group were all significantly higher than those in the control group.The satisfaction rate with clinical nursing of the 33 patients in the observation group was 93.94%(31/33),significantly higher than that of the control group(81.82%(27/33).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuity of care intervention in the patients with cervical cancer after surgery can effectively improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.Therefore it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
