超声造影与彩色多普勒超声在肝肿瘤诊断中的效果分析

Analysis of the Effects of Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound and Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Liver Tumors

目的研究超声造影与彩色多普勒超声在肝肿瘤诊断中的效果。方法选取我院2017年9月至2018年9月期间就诊的50例肝肿瘤患者,采用随机数字表法的形式将50例患者平均分为实验组与对照组,每组均为25例。其中,对照组采用彩色多普勒超声诊断,实验组采用超声造影诊断,对比两组患者定性诊断准确几率(肝转移瘤、肝内胆管瘤、肝血管瘤、肝细胞瘤)、肝肿瘤检出几率(真阳性率、真阴性率、假阳性率与假阴性率)。结果经两组患者诊断结果比较分析可知,实验组定性诊断准确几率(肝转移瘤、肝内胆管瘤、肝血管瘤、肝细胞瘤)、肝肿瘤检出几率(真阳性率、真阴性率、假阳性率与假阴性率)远远优于对照组,组间比较存在显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论在肝肿瘤诊断中采用超声造影诊断方法,能够有效提高诊断效果,临床推广应用价值明显。

Objective To study the effects of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of liver tumors.Methods 50 patients with liver tumors who were admitted to the People’s Hospital of Miyi County from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected for study.They were equally divided into an experimental group and a control group by random number table method,with 25 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were diagnosed with color Doppler ultrasound,while the patients in the experimental group were diagnosed with contrast-enhanced ultrasound.The accuracy of qualitative diagnosis(liver metastases,intrahepatic cholangio carinoma,hepatic hemangioma,and hepatoma)and the detection rate of liver tumors(true positive rate,true negative rate,false positive rate,and false negative rate)were compared between the two groups.Results According to comparison and analysis of two groups of patients diagnosis shows that the accurate rate of the qualitative diagnosis in the experimental group(liver metastases,intrahepatic cholangioma,hepatic hemangioma and hepatoma),detection probability of liver tumors(the true positive and negative rates,and the false positive and negative rates)is much better than that in the control group.Besides,There was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of liver tumors can effectively improve the diagnosis effect,and its clinical application value is significant.
