循证护理干预对急性白血病患者化疗后口腔感染的预防作用及对免疫系统的影响

Exploring the Effects of Evidence-based Nursing Intervention on Oral Infection and Immune System of Patients with Acute Leukemia after Chemotherapy

目的观察分析循证护理干预对急性白血病患者化疗后口腔感染的预防作用及对免疫系统的影响。方法纳入2016年1月至2017年10月接受化疗的急性白血病患者96例,随机分为观察组和对照组2组各48例。对照组行一般化疗护理,观察组在此基础上行循证护理干预,对比化疗后口腔感染和免疫指标。结果护理干预后观察组口腔感染发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。CD3^+、CD3^+CD8^+水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论循证护理干预可有效预防急性白血病患者化疗后口腔感染的发生和改善化疗后病人免疫系统功能。

Objective To observe and analyze the effects of evidence-based nursing intervention on oral infection and immune system of the patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy.Methods 96 cases of acute leukemia who received chemotherapy from January 2016 to October 2017 were included for study.They were randomly divided into an observation and a control group,with 48 cases in each group.Routine chemotherapy nursing was adopted in the control group,while evidence-based nursing intervention combined with routine chemotherapy nursing was provided in the observation group.Oral infection and immune indices after chemotherapy of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the incidence of oral infection of the patients in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the levels of CD3^+and CD3^+CD8^+of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing intervention in the patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy can effectively prevent the occurrence of oral infection and improve the immune system function of the patients.
