慢性心力衰竭给予黄芪保心汤的临床干预分析

Analysis on Clinical Intervention Effects of Astragalus Heart-Protecting Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

目的分析慢性心力衰竭给予黄芪保心汤的临床干预效果。方法对照组实施临床常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予中药汤剂黄芪保心汤加减进行治疗。对比两组治疗前后的左室射血分数(LVEF)、脑钠肽(BNP)、左室短轴缩短率(LVSF)、6分钟步行距离(6MWT)。对比两组临床疗效,统计两组不良反应。结果两组治疗前LVEF、BNP、LVSF及6MWT无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组上述指标均比治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),研究组改善幅度显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率为93.18%,显著优于对照组的72.73%(P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭给予黄芪保心汤可显著改善心功能,提升临床治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical intervention effects of Astragalus Heart-Protecting Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods Routine clinical treatment was adopted in the control group,while Astragalus Heart-Protecting Decoction was provided in the study group on the basis of routine clinical treatment.The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cerebral natriuretic peptide(BNP),left ventricular fractional shortening(LVSF)and 6-minute walking distance(6 MWT)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Furthermore,the clinical effects were compared between the two group and the statistics of adverse reactions were made.Results There was no significant differences in LVEF,BNP,LVSF and 6 MWT between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indicators of the patients in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement in the study group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the patients in the study group was 93.18%,significantly better than 72.73%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Astragalus Heart-Protecting Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure can significantly improve the cardiac function and enhance clinical treatment effects.
