单纯收缩期高血压应用氨氯地平的降压效果研究

A Study on Antihypertensive Effects of Amlodipine in the Treatment of Isolated Systolic Hypertension

目的研究单纯收缩期高血压应用氨氯地平的降压效果。方法对照组采用依那普利口服治疗,观察组采用氨氯地平口服治疗,对比两组疗效,对比两组治疗前后白昼平均收缩压(dSBP)、夜间平均收缩压(nSBP)、及24h平均收缩压(24SBP)。对比两组低血压发生率。结果研究组总有效率及低血压发生率显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后dSBP、nSBP、24hSBP均显著好于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论单纯收缩期高血压应用氨氯地平的降压疗效确切,可显著降低收缩压,且避免舒张期低血压的发生。

Objective To study the antihypertensive effects of amlodipine in the treatment of systolic hypertension.Methods A control group and an observation group were involved in the study.Oral medication of enalapril was adopted in the control group,while oral medication of amlodipine was applied in the observation group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Furthermore,the mean daytime systolic blood pressure(dSBP),mean nighttime systolic blood pressure(nSBP),and mean 24 h systolic blood pressure(24 SBP)before and after treatment were compared between the two group.Moreover,the incidence of hypotension was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and incidence of hypotension in the study group were significantly more favorable than those in the control group(P<0.05).The dSBP,nSBP and 24 hSBP of the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05)after treatment.Conclusion The application of amlodipine in the treatment isolated systolic hypertension has definite antihypertensive effects.It can significantly reduce systolic blood pressure while avoiding diastolic hypotension.
