中医针灸治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

Observation on the Effects of Chinese Medicine Acupuncture on Chronic Ulcerative Colitis

目的对中医针灸治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的疗效进行探讨。方法对象选取为86例慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者,选取2016年6月至2019年1月于我院治疗的患者,按照随机分组法平均分为两组,其中43例使用常规西药方式治疗的患者列入对照组,另外43例采用中医针灸治疗的患者列入观察组,对两组患者的临床症状结束情况以及生活质量改善情况进行比较。结果将两组患者的临床症状结束时间进行比较后可知,观察组结束时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);将两组患者的生活质量进行综合比较后得知,观察组患者评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者,采用中医针灸治疗的方式患者的临床症状结束时间明显加快,有利于患者疾病的恢复,使得患者生活质量得以明显改善,极具临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the effects of Chinese medicine acupuncture on chronic ulcerative colitis.Methods 86 patients with chronic ulcerative colitis who were treated in Fengnan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Tangshan City from June 2016 to January 2019 were selected for study.They were divided into a control group and an observation group evenly and randomly.43 patients who were treated with routine western medicine constituted the control group,while the other 43 patients who received Chinese medicine acupuncture were included in the observation group.The disappearance of clinical symptoms and the improvement of quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results According to the comparison of the time taken in the disappearance of clinical symptoms between the two groups,the time of the patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After a comprehensive comparison of the quality of life of the patients between the two groups,it was found that the scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Chinese medicine acupuncture in the treatment of the patients with chronic ulcerative colitis enjoys significantly short time taken in the disappearance of clinical symptoms.It is conducive to the recovery of the patients and can significantly improve their quality of life.Therefore,it is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
