冠心病心力衰竭血瘀阻络证采用补肺养心汤的干预效果评价

Evaluation on the Intervention Effects of Lung-tonifying and Heart-nourishing Decoration in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Heart Failure with the Symptoms of Blood Stasis Obstructing the Collaterals

目的评价冠心病心力衰竭血瘀阻络证采用补肺养心汤的干预效果。方法对照组给予基础治疗,观察组在基础治疗基础上给予补肺养心汤。观察两组治疗效果,LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组治疗后LVES、LVEDD、LVEF显著好于对照组,P<0.05。结论冠心病心力衰竭血瘀阻络证采用补肺养心汤的干预效果明确,可显著改善心功能。

Objective To evaluate the intervention effects of the Lung-tonifying and Heart-nourishing Decoration in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure with the symptoms of blood stasis obstructing the collaterals.Methods Basic treatment was provided in the control group,while Lung-tonifying and Heartnourishing Decoration was applied in the observation group based on basic treatment.The treatment effects,LVESD,LVEDD,and LVEF of the patients in the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LVES,LVEDD,and LVEF of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the Lung-tonifying and Heart-nourishing Decoration in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure with the symptoms of blood stasis obstructing the collaterals enjoys significant intervention effects.It can significantly improve the cardiac function.
