腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的围手术期护理

A Study on Perioperative Nursing in Patients Treated With Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的探讨围手术期护理在行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者治疗过程中临床应用价值。方法从于我院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中选取108例患者参与本次研究,应用随机数字法将两组患者分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者应用常规护理,观察组患者应用围手术期护理,对比两组患者手术结局及护理满意情况。结果观察组患者的各项手术指标及护理满意率均明显高于对照组(P>0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论在行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者治疗过程中,给予患者必要的围手术期护理指导,可以在较大程度上改善患者手术结局和提升患者的护理满意度,临床推广应用价值极高。

Objective To explore the clinical value of perioperative nursing in the patients treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 108 patients who were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in No.3 People’s Hospital of Yuxi City were included in this study.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number method.Routine nursing was adopted in the control group while perioperative nursing was applied in the observation group.Perioperative outcomes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The surgical indicators and nursing satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The necessary perioperative nursing guidance during the treatment of the patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can improve the surgical outcomes of the patients and greatly improve their nursing satisfaction.Therefore,it is of high value in wide application in clinical practice.
