Exploring the Value of Medical Record Information Management in Hospital Management

目的探究病案信息管理应用在医院管理中的价值。方法将2017年9月到2018年11月我院病案室整理的400份病历作为研究对象,随机分为对照组200份,观察组200份。对照组使用常规的病历管理,观察组使用病案的信息管理,比较两组病历所应用的价值。结果观察比较两组病案的信息应用度,观察组的信息应用度明显高于对照组,由此可见,在医院管理中对病案运用信息管理的方法,有利于病案在医院的应用度,提高应用价值。数据组间检验具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病案的信息管理系统工作的展开有利于病案管理水平的提升,利用强大的统计学方式和工具,从病案里面找到更多的在临床上具有参考意义的信息,医护人员可根据多种病案分析的指标和数据对病案进行详细的分析,以此来了解各种疾病以及手术相对应的人群特点。

Objective To explore the value of medical record information management in hospital management.Methods Four hundred medical records compiled from the medical records room of our hospital from September 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into 200 control groups and 200 observation groups.The control group used routine medical record management,and the observation group used the information management of the medical records to compare the value of the two groups of medical records.Results Observing and comparing the information application degree of the two groups of medical records,the information application degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.It can be seen that the method of using information management for medical records in hospital management is conducive to the application of medical records in hospitals and improve value.Inter-data group tests were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The development of the information management system of the medical record is conducive to the improvement of the medical record management level.Using powerful statistical methods and tools,more clinically relevant information can be found from the medical records.The medical staff can be based on a variety of medical records.Analytical indicators and data provide a detailed analysis of the case to understand the characteristics of the various diseases and the corresponding population.
